Rybar reports that Russian forces conducted a series of strikes overnight on logistics and production facilities in Kyiv. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the strikes targeted the 'Kyiv-111' plant, said to produce components for 'Flamingo' cruise missiles, and a fuel depot belonging to LLC 'Grandterminal', which Rybar claims supplies fuel to AFU groupings in eastern Ukraine.

According to Rybar, The Washington Post and Bloomberg published pieces alleging that Russia is 'testing NATO' and that the West risks failing Ukraine again, with both outlets identifying Elon Musk's reported refusal to authorize Starlink use for targeting Russian ballistic missile launchers as a key factor. Rybar further states that, per WaPo, Ukrainian President Zelensky personally asked President Trump to pressure Musk, and Trump reportedly responded that he would 'talk and consider' the request.
